Facility: New Milford Swim Club (Private Facility)

Position: Pool Manager 2009 Season

Responsibilities:

- Manager will be employed from Pre-Season thru Post-Season

- Help develop operating budget

- Hire & Review all staff (Asst. Managers, Guards, & Front Office).

- Help Design & Coordinate Activities (Activity Nights, 4th of July, & Weekly Activities)

- Must attend monthly board meeting (Year round)

- Must attend NJPMA meeting for facility


Certifications:

- CPO (Required)

- Lifeguarding (Preferred)

- WSI (Preferred)

 

Experience:

- 1 Year of Pool Management Experience (Preferred) or

- Min. of 3 years Assistant Pool Management

 

Salary:

Negotiable

POOL MANAGER 2009 Season
Requirements:
• Position requires working a limited number of hours pre and post season to develop operating budget, design and coordinate activities, hire and manage staff, and coordinate badge sales.

Licenses:
• CPO required
• WSI preferred
